Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes
- Train and mentor front desk staff on service standards and hotel systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal occupancy
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue (room upgrades, spa packages)
- Collaborate with management team to enhance guest satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hotel front desk experience with supervisory background
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid North Carolina hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
