Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures, guest requests, and VIP accommodations
- Train and mentor front desk agents on Ritz-Carlton service standards and hotel systems
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion to maintain 5-star ratings
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and security departments for seamless operations
- Monitor daily revenue metrics and implement upselling strategies
- Ensure accurate processing of payments and financial transactions
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years luxury hotel experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Expertise in Opera property management system
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong financial acumen and cash handling experience
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal demeanor
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain)
