As the face of our hotel, you will oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless check-ins and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes.
- Train, coach, and motivate front desk staff to deliver world-class customer service.
- Manage guest complaints and inquiries promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Monitor room availability and pricing strategies in coordination with the revenue management team.
- Handle security procedures and ensure the safety of all guests and assets.
- Assist in inventory management for lobby amenities and supplies.
- Conduct daily briefings and staff performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations, preferably in a management role.
- Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or StayNTouch.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A hospitality degree or certificate is highly preferred.
