Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor front desk agents to deliver exceptional guest service
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and room inventory
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Oversee daily operations of the front office department
- Train staff on hotel systems and service standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Monitor revenue management strategies and pricing
- Ensure compliance with safety and brand standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel front office management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Knowledge of Columbus tourism landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA) a plus
