Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations efficiently during assigned shifts, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee housekeeping schedules and perform quality control inspections to maintain luxury standards.
- Process reservations accurately using hotel management software and manage group bookings.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized lobby and common areas.
- Collaborate with the culinary and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in computer applications, specifically hotel property management systems (PMS).
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
