Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to ensure a pleasant stay.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle incoming calls, manage reservations, and assist with any guest inquiries or special requests promptly.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and public areas at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
