- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services

- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Monitor budgets and financial performance metrics

Qualifications
- 5+ years in hotel management with luxury resort experience
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of industry software (Opera, Delphi)
- Valid Arizona hospitality management certification
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
