As the Hotel Manager, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest's stay is memorable. We are looking for a leader who can manage shifts effectively, mentor staff, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during all hours of operation.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the property.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on problem resolution.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff to ensure performance excellence.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar supervisory role.

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
