Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Supervise and mentor hotel staff, including front desk agents and housekeeping personnel.
- Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with budgeting and expense control.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or business degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
