Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and suites thoroughly, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Strip and make beds, replacing linens and amenities according to brand standards.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces in guest rooms and public areas.
- Sanitize bathrooms, toilets, showers, and fixtures, and restock toiletries.
- Empty trash bins and replace trash liners in guest rooms and hallways.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive attitude and interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific cleaning checklists.
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
