Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to meet strict quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest rooms.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners regularly.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report damages to the engineering or management team.
- Follow all safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Organize housekeeping closets and restock supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
