Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Change bed linens, restock amenities, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Execute detailed cleaning protocols for kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Manage time efficiently to complete daily assignments within scheduled timeframe
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to property management team
- Adhere to eco-friendly cleaning practices and company safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during resident interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
