Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas using industry-standard techniques
- Restock amenities and maintain inventory control for all supplies
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report to engineering team
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Coordinate with front desk for room readiness and special requests
- Train junior staff on cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Manage linen inventory and ensure proper laundry processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail with quality-focused work ethic
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Knowledge of EPA-approved cleaning chemicals
- Background check and drug screen required
