Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of residential and commercial spaces
- Manage laundry services including ironing and fabric care
- Organize and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitation protocols
- Provide personalized service to high-profile clients
- Coordinate with property management teams for special requests
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Background check and drug screen required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
- Certification in cleaning/sanitation preferred
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products a plus
