Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness in residential properties (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas)
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpet care, upholstery cleaning, and window washing
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and eco-friendly cleaning standards
- Coordinate with property managers for special guest requests and seasonal turnovers
- Complete detailed inspection checklists ensuring 100% quality compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience in luxury/residential settings
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Clean background check and drug screening required
