Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential and commercial properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Manage inventory and restock supplies (linens, toiletries, cleaning products)
- Operate professional-grade equipment (floor polishers, steam cleaners)
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols
- Coordinate with property managers for special requests and maintenance issues
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and quality control standards
- Train junior staff on proper techniques and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
- Background check and drug test clearance required
- Certification in CPR/First Aid preferred
