What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring adherence to brand standards and local regulations.
- Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, including budget development, forecasting, and cost control strategies.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and effective sales planning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by recruiting, training, and retaining top-tier talent.
- Build strong relationships with guests to ensure 100% satisfaction and address any concerns immediately.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or full-service property.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Oracle Opera or Micros.
