Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, brand standards, and local laws and regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of staff members to foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, local community members, and vendors.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or similar certification is a plus.
