Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Manage the hotel's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Foster a positive work environment by recruiting, training, and retaining top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and feedback with diplomacy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or resort setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of financial management and budget oversight.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel for business.
