Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and engineering.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery.
- Manage P&L statements, budgets, and financial forecasting with precision.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing, diverse staff team.
- Maintain strict compliance with local health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex operations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for industry events.
