Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and average daily rate (ADR).
- Manage the hotel's financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff to foster a culture of high performance and exceptional guest service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners and local community leaders.
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and brand standards.
- Handle complex guest inquiries and complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with a preference for luxury or high-volume properties.
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving profitability.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
- Valid Food Service Manager's license (where applicable in Tennessee).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
