Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage all hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and average daily rate (ADR).
  • Manage the hotel's financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff to foster a culture of high performance and exceptional guest service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners and local community leaders.
  • Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and brand standards.
  • Handle complex guest inquiries and complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with a preference for luxury or high-volume properties.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving profitability.
