Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff.
- Manage the hotel's budget, financial reporting, and P&L statements with precision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety codes.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and inquiries with efficiency and empathy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
