Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, develop annual budgets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control expenses.
- Guest Relations: Cultivate relationships with key accounts and VIP guests, personally addressing high-level inquiries to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, conducting regular performance reviews to foster professional growth and high morale.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to local health codes, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe environment.
- Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote hotel offerings and drive occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in hotel management, preferably within a luxury or upscale setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and analyze operational data.
- Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire diverse teams.
- Problem Solving: Excellent crisis management and conflict resolution skills under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
