Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of the hotel to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Manage the hotel's budget, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and staff development.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community partners and key clients.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Oversee marketing initiatives and brand representation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven ability to drive financial results and manage P&L statements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and in a 24/7 operation environment.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
