Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor front desk team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes and VIP guest handling
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and service recovery situations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and security departments
- Implement and refine service standards through quality assurance audits
- Analyze guest feedback to drive operational improvements
- Train staff on new technologies and service protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel management with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in guest relations and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Nevada Gaming Registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
