Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest experiences exceeding luxury service standards
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Train and mentor front desk team members on service excellence
- Utilize Opera property management system for reservations and guest data
- Implement upselling strategies to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel front desk or guest services experience
- Proven leadership in team training and development
- Expert knowledge of Opera PMS and reservation systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Wisconsin hospitality certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
