Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations and staff scheduling
- Resolve guest concerns with personalized service solutions
- Train and mentor front desk agents on hospitality standards
- Coordinate VIP arrivals and special event accommodations
- Implement upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Analyze guest feedback to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years in luxury hotel guest services leadership
- Proven conflict resolution and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred
- Strong knowledge of Oklahoma City tourism landscape
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
