Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest interactions exceeding luxury service standards
- Train and mentor front desk staff on exceptional service protocols
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and complaints with elegance
- Coordinate VIP arrivals and special event experiences
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B departments
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Manage room inventory and availability systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel guest relations experience
- Proven leadership in high-volume service environments
- Expert knowledge of New Orleans tourism and attractions
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
