Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk operations including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and billing
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera PMS) for reservations and inventory
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn PMS systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
