Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with 24/7 availability
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with 100% accuracy
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain immaculate front desk appearance and documentation
- Resolve guest complaints using LEAD service recovery framework
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Georgia driver's license preferred
- TABC certification (provided upon hire)
