Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Manage VIP arrivals and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish highly valued
- Valid California driver's license (if valet parking required)
