Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Process reservations and optimize room allocations using OPERA software
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for exceptional service delivery
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS, OPERA)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages valued
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal demeanor
- Knowledge of Miami tourism landscape preferred
