Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using hotel management systems
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, maintain accurate reservation records, and balance daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless service
- Upsell hotel amenities, packages, and local attractions to enhance guest stays
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby environment and public areas
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to team goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn hotel software
- Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license (for valet parking duties if assigned)
- Previous hospitality experience a plus but not required
