Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional check-in/check-out services for resort guests
- Manage reservation systems and handle guest inquiries via phone/in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Participate in daily briefings and uphold resort standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred for valet duties
