Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash deposits.
- Provide local recommendations and assist with concierge requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Uphold the hotel's brand standards and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest services role preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
- Ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods.
