Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through warm check-in/check-out interactions
- Manage reservations and room assignments accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
- Assist with luggage and valet services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
