Responsibilities
- Lead front desk operations with 24/7 accountability for guest satisfaction
- Mentor and develop a team of 10+ guest service professionals
- Optimize check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Resolve escalated guest inquiries with discretion and urgency
- Collaborate with housekeeping and F&B departments for flawless service
- Analyze guest feedback to implement service improvements
- Coordinate VIP experiences and special event accommodations
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel front desk management experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hotel management systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Colorado hospitality certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency valued
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven track record in team leadership and training
- Strong knowledge of Colorado Springs attractions and services
