Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the front desk and concierge departments
- Train and mentor guest services staff on luxury service standards
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional diplomacy
- Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B teams for cohesive guest experiences
- Implement efficiency improvements using property management systems
- Analyze guest feedback to enhance service delivery
- Manage VIP guest experiences and special requests
- Conduct daily briefings and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel guest services leadership
- Proven expertise with Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in high-energy, 24/7 resort environment
- Strong knowledge of Las Vegas tourism landscape
- Valid Nevada gaming work permit preferred
- BS/BA in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
