Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and reservation management
- Train and mentor front desk staff on service standards and conflict resolution
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Implement and maintain service quality metrics and improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory of guest amenities and ensure operational efficiency
- Participate in daily staff meetings and shift briefings
Qualifications
- 3+ years in hotel guest services leadership role
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
- Experience with high-volume resort operations
