Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures
- Train and mentor guest services team members on luxury service standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal occupancy
- Collaborate with concierge, valet, and F&B departments for seamless guest experiences
- Implement revenue management strategies for room upgrades and packages
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preference tracking systems
- Conduct daily briefings and team performance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years luxury hotel experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven expertise in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Deep knowledge of Cleveland attractions and local area
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
