Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining departments
- Maintain clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
