Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
