As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our international guests, handling reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and personalized concierge services. Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with empathetic problem-solving
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Conduct daily audits of guest accounts and billing discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and transportation
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for airport shuttle runs)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
