Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and manage cash drawer transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Valid work authorization for US employment
- Basic knowledge of NYC attractions and transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
