The Grand Plaza Hotel is looking for a dedicated and personable Part-Time Guest Services Associate to join our award-winning team. Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration information is accurate.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and mail services as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems.
