Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in front desk, concierge, and housekeeping roles
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain pristine room and facility standards
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage billing transactions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Physical stamina for standing/walking throughout shift
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
