Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the guest journey
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing systems accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Process payments and handle financial transactions securely
- Uphold brand standards and maintain pristine public areas
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for special events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license (if required for duties)
