Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through front desk operations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery and property appearance
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification a plus
- 0-2 years of customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas Driver's License (for potential errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
