Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, valet, or concierge stations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures using hotel software systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold hotel cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Valid work authorization in the United States
