Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Assist with luggage handling and guest inquiries
- Maintain pristine public areas and facilities
- Process reservations and manage room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and care
- Support event setup and special guest arrangements
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all team members!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility with weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (for transportation duties)
